Having endured a good number of failures, we set out to learn everything we could about creating and, more importantly, selling books online.

Through a healthy mix of study, experimentation and implementation we have learned our trade and know how to harness the power of Amazon, Social Media and non-book related marketing strategies that allow us and our authors to create consistent income and build sustainable and profitable businesses.

And that's what we all want, right?

In early 2015, to test what we had learned, Alex wrote a book using a pen name.   We did this so that there was no question about the level of success.  

We didn't want the figures skewed by a surge in friends and family buying the book.

This is when "J.A.Scott Publications" was born.

Using the marketing methods we had learned at the time, the book was purchased from Amazon over 2700 times in the first three weeks.

Of course we made mistakes.

We hadn't yet mastered the follow up.

We hadn't learned to build an audience of captivated readers and fans.

And that's where the real difference is made.

We know how to do that now.

We have developed a tried and tested process through which you can build your career as an author.

We want to help you build an income doing what you love doing: writing.

We want to help you get to the point where you see your dreams becoming a reality.

Here at J.A.Scott Publications there are two things we believe:

1.  The Copyright of written work should always remain with the author.  

Your words are your words and they belong to you.  

For this reason we will NEVER claim copyright over your work.  

We will never put you in a position where you cannot make changes to your published work.  

We will never make you unpublish your book and we will never force you to do anything that you do not want to do.

2. Authors should be free to focus on writing.

We believe that authors shouldn't have to learn how to convert and upload files.

You shouldn't have to spend months learning, and then putting together, the marketing strategies that will allow you to reach the success you deserve.

You didn't get into writing so you could learn to build websites, put together sales funnels or manage email lists.

You became a writer so you could be free to follow your dreams.
